Some people like to start their kids on books from young.... we do too! Zoe has bookshelves of books.... but what does she like to read?????

We are also preparing her for school... she has this bag from Tammy that she loves carrying around...

Alas... influenced by 8 days overdose.... she thinks she is having a photoshoot.... strike a pose...

Zoe decided to start early and try out some career options....

1) Contractor

Koped Daddy's spirit level and try to measure dunno what...

Got style somemore.... just need to buy some yellow boots.


2) Driver

Pushed Daddy off the wheel.... Singapore Grand Prix... here I come!! (before you write to traffic police to complain... the vehicle is stationary and in a parking lot... Zoe looks very boy in this pic!)

3) Japanese tourist

Ok ok... this is not a career choice... but had to fit our visit to the zoo in here somehow.

Bottle Tree Park

Paid a visit to Bottle Tree Park today... pretty interesting place with tracks for remote control car racing, plantations, fishing and prawning areas and longkang fishing for 3-12 year old.

The reason why it is called Bottle Tree park...

Went to look at some fishes first...



Then to the grass for a runaround...

Yikes.... look what we found? Dinosaur bones...

P.S. Zoe had her haircut on Thursday.... kicked up a ruckus as usual... the hairdresser must dread seeing her... :/

We're Back... with a New Sofa

Yes, we are back online after a 4 month hiatus. House moving, work and laziness crept in but we should be posting more regularly from now on....

Will update more on Zoe later but here are some pictures... we bought a sofa for Zoe which is quite similar to Chloes... Zoe like's to have her snacks there while watching TV...


She is also quite generous these days and likes to offer her food to people... the only thing is... you cannot turn down her offer... she will get quite upset....

The sofa's a cool place to drink water and milk as well...
