Pink Party Hat!

Daddy bought a pink party hat for a Black and Pink themed party... left the hat around the house, Zoe got interested and made it hers!

Err.... actually she looks better in it than Daddy...

Sorry for lack of updates... Zoe had her jab a couple of weeks ago (MMRV) and got fever around a week later. Then she caught a cold and lost her appetite so it has been a challenging couple of weeks. She seems to have recovered these few days so hopefully, will have more interesting pictures to post.

Zoe @ Vivo

There is this area at the top of vivo city (same level as Daiso) where there is a water play area. Since Zoe loves water, we decided to bring her there on Saturday. (sorry, this blog is not in chronological order. It's difficult when time flies and we have 3 cameras :/)

Initially wanted to go barefooted but the floor has some sharp pebbles, its not dangerous but painful like acupuncture on the feet...

So the "Crocs" came on... Mumsy and Zoe seems to be having a good time chitchatting...

The sun came out and so did the sun hat! Water gun too!

Milestone: Zoe Feeds herself!

Zoe is at that stage where she likes to do things herself like wearing clothes, shoes, socks but she actually still need assistance. However, she achieved her milestone of feeding herself pretty quickly. Sometimes it gets very messy but sometimes, it goes pretty well! Sometimes, she lets us feed her while othertimes, she insists on feeding herself.

Zoe @ Ikea

Last Sunday we brought Zoe to Ikea after Mumsy was inspired to improve the house decor. Instead of shopping, Daddy put a silly hat on Zoe and demanded Mumsy to take a photo...

Daddy demands another picture....

... and another until Mumsygot fed up and decided just to zoom in on Zoe.

Another interesting happening was that Zoe almost got into a fight with another kid. If you know, Ikea has these standalone triangular islands for kids to play.

Zoe was playing with a steering wheel when another slightly bigger kid came...

Zoe is playing with steering wheel. Kiddo comes along, grabs the wheel and pushes Zoe's hands away. Daddy brings Zoe to another side of the island to play. Kiddo's parents apologizes for Kiddo's behaviour.

Zoe plays at the other side for a short while, then peeks over the side to see Kiddo and growls at her. She repeats it around 3 times. After that, the Kiddo started growling back...

Daddy tries to play nice and tells Zoe, be friends with Kiddo ok? Zoe seems to understand, smiles and approaches Kiddo. Before she gets there, her leg flies out to kick Kiddo. Thankfully, not much contact but before things escalate, Daddy quickly apologizes and brings Zoe away...

Sunday fun - Sandpit!

Most Sundays, we have this routine of bringing Zoe over to my parents in the morning while we go to church. The Gramzies will always bring her to the playground, exercise parks and such and Zoe always has great fun there!

The last Sunday, they went to this sandpit at a park... Zoe's first time playing with sand. And she had a swell time drawing on the sand with a twig.


Eh... I wonder if Zoe drew the money sign! She sure knows what she wants in life!
