Zoe training for Masterchef Junior Singapore

Zoe requested to have pizza for lunch today... so we got her to help make one...

Wholemeal wrap as base... add pasta sauce over... and add mozzarella cheese.

Now to add ham!

Spread out evenly.

Make sure the whole pizza is covered.

Mmmm... I love ham! This piece didn't make it onto the pizza1

Now for lightly sauteed mushrooms.

More mozzarella over the pizza...

Ready for the oven!

Bake less than 10 mins and its done!

Seldom take pictures of Zoe at her favourite place... Home! She just loves staying at home and it's a challenge to get her out of the house these days...

She's very creative with her toys... here she is being a cowgirl...

 She likes to "cook" and make playdough food and have picnics.

Oh.. and her favourite food and drink...

And the creative girl discovered a new use for her life buoy.... new couch to lie on, drink milk and watch tv...

Another Museum Day!

Museums entries are free for the month of August...except the Marina Bay Sands Artscience museum of course... Anyway, decided to bring Zoe to the Singapore Art Museum on Saturday... It was hot and sunny and Zoe decided to "kope" Mumsy's sunglasses.

At the Museum, there is this "white elephant" where they gave out stickers for people to stick on.

 It's actually very pretty with all the stickers on!

There's also a place where they let kids "wear" and "change" clothes for "people".

Another place with coloured blocks to push and stand on.

And an activity room where you can build train tracks!

Unfortunately, there were only 2 trains so all the kids were fighting over them.

Went to AMK library today and there's a big courtesy lion....

 Zoe seems to like taking pictures with him!

Ahhh.... tired after a long day.

Random Updates

17th was Tai Por's birthday celebration... and Mummy and Ee Ee has been tasked to prepare cakes and desserts. So they decided to bake cupcakes! 

And who is there to help out!

Very focused on the task at hand.

One by one.... decorations to the cupcakes were added...

Tada... end result.... golden balls overdose!!

The actual birthday cake.... with lettering by Ee Ee.

This was the dress (from Nai Nai) that Zoe wore to the party.... giving a twirl in it. 

And a family photo...erm... someone still doesn't like to smile for camera in a big group. 

 

Tomorrow and racial harmony day.... and kids are supposed to go dressed in traditional costumes. Mummy dug out an attire from Nai Nai.... supposed to be for Chinese New Year...

And it's ok la... we'll wear it for tomorrow....

National Museum

Last Sunday was an open house at the museums.... so we decided to visit the National Museum!

Parked at Fort Canning and a couple of lion statues caught her eye...

Zoe... the Lioness wannabe.

Ooooh..... a Milo van at the museum! Free entrance and free Milo....

There's a cloth maze that the kids can draw on.... not exactly Mummy's cup of tea...

There's an outdoor area too! Magnify my palm!

Museum staff offered to take a family photo.... unfortunately... someone still wanted to be the lion statue...

Totally unrelated... but this little 3 year old is very much in touch with the trends in the world.... Planking!
